This property was perfect for us.

Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping center, the riverfront and the centre of town. Lots of local food, we appreciated it. Had a VERY GOOD stay for a short visit, would like to stay longer.

Nice food, great service and lovely view of the town. Compact, neat rooms and large bathrooms. - Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Wat Phabat. - Walking distance to a local market and local markets across the street.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pakse, Laos. The value for money was impressive, as I got a spacious and well-positioned room at a very reasonable price. The location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance of lots of restaurants and travel services, while still being tucked away from the noisy traffic. Moreover, the staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help.

The restaurant on the rooftop is poorly managed, with long waiting times and mediocre food. the hotel can be noisy due to its location, and the shower had difficulty getting hot water due to low water pressure.

The buffet breakfast had a nice selection of Asian and European options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area on foot.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We were actually surprised by the early check-in option and the warm water in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace was a great spot for drinks and the hotel's breakfast met our expectations. The location was convenient for our trip to the 4,000 islands. Despite some small issues, we would recommend this hotel for a stay in Pakse.

The hotel is perfectly situated right in the middle of everything, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city of Pakse. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, with comfortable beds and a view in our case. The internet worked well, which was a bonus for staying connected. The breakfast was also impressive, with amazing views and a great selection of both western and Asian food included.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
